From the very first glance, it is clear that Villa Majarona deliberately follows its own architectural language. Anyone expecting a conventional white holiday villa with straight Bauhaus-style lines will be surprised. Dark façades, warm timber accents, bold lines and partly tapering forms give the property a distinctive identity. As soon as you enter, the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area unfolds before you. This central space forms the heart of the villa while also connecting and separating the two private sleeping areas. The carefully considered layout is ideal for two couples or friends travelling together: shared time can be enjoyed in the open living area, on the main terrace or by the pool, while each sleeping area provides an independent private retreat.

The large west-facing glass frontage opens the entire living space towards the Atlantic. Whether relaxing on the sofa, sitting at the dining area or preparing a meal, the sea is always in view. The setting is especially impressive in the evening, when the sun slowly descends over the ocean in front of the villa and fills the room with warm light. With the wide sliding glass doors open, the indoor and outdoor areas flow almost seamlessly into one another.

One of the villa’s most striking design features is the impressive traditional Canarian timber ceiling. Its exposed structure, warm wood tones and integrated lighting lines create a fascinating contrast with the dark wall surfaces and modern white elements. Villa Majarona is arranged around two almost independent private suites, positioned on either side of the central living space. This layout is one of the villa’s defining features. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom, workspace, air conditioning and private covered terrace.

The northern section contains the suite with the spacious main bedroom. As you leave the living area and enter this part of the villa, the first feature you encounter is an open vanity unit with a large white counter and a full-width mirror. Dark cabinetry, black wall surfaces and indirect lighting create an elegant contrast with the lighter elements.

The open vanity is not merely a functional part of the bathroom but a deliberately designed architectural feature. It forms the transition between the living area and bedroom and reinforces the villa’s modern, open-plan concept.

As you continue through the suite, a side door leads into the separate bathroom. Inside are the toilet, a spacious walk-in shower and a comfortable built-in bathtub. The bathroom itself can therefore be closed off completely, while the open vanity remains conveniently accessible.

Beyond this, the bright bedroom opens up with a comfortable double bed, workspace, television and air conditioning. The warm Canarian timber ceiling gives the room a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A large sliding glass door allows abundant daylight to enter and leads directly onto the private covered terrace with its own seating area.

The southern sleeping area follows the same high-quality concept and is also designed as a self-contained suite. Here too, guests are welcomed by an open vanity with a mirror and generous counter space. To one side is the bathroom, separated by a door and equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower and built-in bathtub.

Beyond the bathroom is the bedroom with two comfortable single beds that can be placed together when required. A private workspace, television, air conditioning and the warm timber ceiling ensure a high level of comfort in this part of the villa as well. The large terrace door leads directly onto another private covered terrace with seating.

This arrangement gives each suite its own entrance from the living area, an open vanity, a separately enclosed bathroom, a fully equipped bedroom and a private terrace. For two couples travelling together, this creates a level of privacy rarely found even in high-end holiday villas.

Another special feature of Villa Majarona is its three separate terrace areas. In front of the living room is the large covered main terrace with direct views of the Atlantic. In addition, each of the two suites has its own private terrace with seating.

Each of these three terraces has its own route to the pool. The pool area can therefore be reached from the living space as well as independently from both bedrooms. This carefully considered design gives every guest a great deal of freedom and makes the villa particularly appealing for couples travelling together.

The heated infinity pool is positioned a few steps below the house. This location was chosen deliberately: it preserves the uninterrupted sea view from the living area and all terraces. At the same time, it creates a spacious and sheltered pool area below the villa that opens visually towards the Atlantic.

The heated saltwater pool measures approximately 6 x 3 metres and, from the right angle, appears to merge with the ocean. A high-quality thermal cover helps to maintain the water temperature reliably. Integrated pool lighting creates a particularly atmospheric setting after dark.

There is ample space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. Sun loungers, parasols, modern lounge furniture, sofas and armchairs create a variety of areas for peaceful hours outdoors. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water completes this comfortable space.

The deliberately lower pool level offers another advantage: the villa’s architecture remains fully visible from the garden and ocean side and becomes a visual highlight in its own right.
