The stylish Villa Hahn Blue is located in the popular town of Puntagorda at around 665 m altitude on the sunny west coast of La Palma. This modern architect-designed villa offers not only design and comfort but also spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and a smart layout with great privacy – ideal for couples, friends or families up to 6 people.
At the heart of the main villa is a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and impressive floor-to-ceiling west-facing windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, induction hob, dishwasher and a large fridge – perfect for enjoyable cooking evenings with ocean view. The dining table offers plenty of space, and the sofa, two armchairs and a beanbag invite you to relax.
The two bedrooms are cleverly separated by two individual bathrooms, offering privacy especially when used by two couples or family members.
The main bedroom in the west wing features a large double bed, a comfy armchair and direct access to the pool terrace. Adjacent is a stylish bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC and sink.
The second bedroom in the east wing also has a comfortable double bed, armchair and a door to the terrace at the rear of the house. Next to it is another bathroom with shower, WC and sink – ideal for separate use.
The outdoor area features several terraces for sunny and shaded spots. In front of the house, the large west terrace with saltwater pool, sun loungers, dining table and parasol invites you to enjoy and relax. The modern architecture with overhanging south-facing wall offers additional protection from wind and sun.
A little lower down is another sun terrace with loungers, a Weber gas grill and a stylish hanging chair with bench and table – perfect for balmy evenings. In the rear area, there is a further dining area with loungers, which offers a sheltered retreat, especially in windy conditions.
A special extra: On the property there is a second, separate house with an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It is only rented together with the main villa, making the entire property ideal for groups of up to 6 people – with maximum privacy, modern comfort and exclusive use.
A private parking space is also available. Shops, restaurants and the Puntagorda farmers’ market are just minutes away – as are hiking trails, stargazing points and the beaches of Tazacorte.
