Suite on the upper floor:
The master bedroom on the upper floor features a blue Canarian wooden ceiling, impressive original artworks, and a comfortable armchair for relaxing. Large windows in the sleeping area open to the south, west, and north – offering a bright atmosphere and spectacular views. The private en-suite bathroom is generously sized and includes a bathtub with blue Moroccan mosaic tiles, a handcrafted silver washbasin from Marrakesh, and two south-facing windows that provide pleasant daylight.
Ground floor bedrooms:
Two additional double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with direct access to the terrace with sea views. In the northern part of the house is a bathroom with shower and washbasin, directly adjacent to a separate room with WC. South of Bedroom 3 is another bathroom with shower, washbasin, and WC. The well-thought-out layout makes the villa ideal for larger groups or families seeking privacy.
Living area & kitchen:
The large U-shaped kitchen with high-quality appliances (Smeg gas hob, oven, dishwasher) and access to the terrace is fully equipped – ideal for shared cooking and relaxed dinners at the spacious wooden dining table. The living room features Bauhaus-style furniture, French terracotta floors, a bright wooden ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. Selected artworks, a built-in bookshelf, and a fireplace add comfort and stylish accents.
Pool & outdoor area:
Steps lead south to the spectacular infinity pool terrace with a crescent-shaped saltwater pool, heated via heat pump and photovoltaic system. The pool house in Moorish style – with dome and ornaments – resembles a movie set. Sun loungers, a Weber gas grill, multiple garden seating areas, and the covered dining terrace complete the luxurious outdoor experience.
