This stylish holiday villa is located at approximately 630 m altitude in one of the quietest areas of Puntagorda in the west of La Palma – ideal for guests who appreciate peace, nature, comfort and high-quality amenities.
Access is via a dead-end road leading directly to the villa – mostly paved with a short section of well-maintained gravel road. Upon arrival, a beautifully kept garden with flowers, herbs and fruit trees welcomes you together with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean and the green west coast of La Palma.
The holiday villa offers two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, new high-quality premium mattresses and terrace doors with sea views. Adjacent is a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, black fittings and elegant tiles. The second bedroom offers two single beds, also equipped with new high-quality mattresses, and views towards the covered terrace with sea views. Right next to it is the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area impresses with its bright and welcoming atmosphere. Large windows, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, foldable workspace and dining area create ideal conditions for relaxing holidays or longer stays in La Palma. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer combination among many other amenities. In addition, a newly installed air conditioning system in the living and dining area ensures pleasant temperatures all year round – both for cooling during summer and heating on cooler days.
From the living area you have direct access to the covered west-facing terrace with an additional dining area and sun loungers, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and herbs. The highlight of the outdoor area is the infinity pool with sea views, which can optionally be heated for an additional fee. Around the villa you will find several protected seating and relaxation areas offering a wonderful sense of peace and privacy – perfect for sunbathing, reading or enjoying the spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.
On the northern side of the house there is a large covered terrace with dining table and seating for outdoor meals. Hiking trails start directly at the property and the popular farmers’ market of Puntagorda, restaurants and shopping facilities can all be reached within just a few minutes by car.
Two friendly resident cats live on the property, are well cared for and enjoy animal-loving guests.
