This traditional Canarian house was lovingly renovated, extended and completed in 2026. Great care was taken to preserve its original character while integrating modern features and high-quality materials. Thick natural stone walls, beautifully restored wooden doors and a new wooden ceiling create a warm and authentic atmosphere, perfectly complemented by contemporary comfort throughout the house.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed by the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen has been thoughtfully designed and offers everything needed for a relaxing self-catering holiday. An induction hob, oven, microwave, numerous kitchen appliances and generous storage space ensure maximum convenience, even during longer stays. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table for four people, where you can enjoy beautiful views of Puntagorda's green mountain landscape.
The cosy living area combines contemporary design with traditional elements. A striking natural stone wall together with the new wooden ceiling creates a unique focal point and gives the room its distinctive character. The comfortable sofa and television provide the perfect place to relax after exploring La Palma or spending the day hiking through the island's spectacular landscapes.
One of the architectural highlights is the new glass veranda, which was added in front of the original house. It floods the hallway with natural light and beautifully connects the historic part of the house with the modern extension. Hanging plants, the preserved original wooden doors, two comfortable armchairs and a small side table create a bright and welcoming space that is perfect for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
From here you reach both bedrooms and the spacious bathroom. The master bedroom, located at the southern end of the house, features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, and a large south-facing window with blackout options. The original double wooden door and restored wooden ceiling preserve the authentic charm of this traditional Canarian home.
The second bedroom, located between the bathroom and the master bedroom, also offers a double bed, its own air conditioning unit and a small east-facing window. Once again, the original wooden features and restored ceiling create a warm and authentic atmosphere.
The spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC, offering plenty of comfort and space. A separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and additional storage space makes longer stays especially comfortable.
Large windows and two sliding doors lead directly from the hallway into the newly landscaped garden. Here you will find your own private outdoor area with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Sun loungers, a parasol and a cosy seating area with a wine barrel table and benches invite you to fully enjoy Puntagorda's pleasant climate. While the pool provides welcome refreshment on warm days, the jacuzzi is the perfect place to unwind in the evening beneath La Palma's spectacular star-filled sky.
The garden has only recently been landscaped and will continue to grow into an increasingly lush tropical oasis over the coming seasons. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, guests enjoy a high degree of privacy. Private parking spaces are naturally available directly on the property.
