The traditional stone house was completely renovated in 2025 and combines the charm of Canarian architecture with modern comfort. Its thick natural stone walls, warm wooden elements and the high open Canarian roof create a particularly pleasant indoor climate and a cozy atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the authentic character of this unique property.
Access is via a small side road that branches off from the main road and reaches the house after only around 175 metres. This allows guests to enjoy complete peace and privacy without sacrificing convenient access.
The bright open-plan living and dining area with kitchen forms the heart of the house. A comfortable sofa, Smart TV and satellite TV invite you to relax, while the dining table provides space for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine and everything required for a comfortable self-catering holiday.
The living area also features an air-conditioning system with heating and cooling functions. Thanks to the open design and the partition wall between the living area and bedroom not extending to the roof, the conditioned air can circulate comfortably throughout the house, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature in the bedroom as well.
The bedroom with double bed offers a cozy atmosphere and features a wardrobe and a window that provides natural light and ventilation. The partition wall between the bedroom and living area intentionally stops below the roof structure, preserving the open character of the house.
The spacious bathroom with sea-view window is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. The window facing the Atlantic provides natural daylight and pleasant ventilation.
In front of the house, guests will find a covered terrace with sea views, which quickly becomes a favourite place to spend time. A large dining table with six chairs and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the peace, nature and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Directly in front of the terrace lies the private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days.
To the north of the house there is a separate charcoal barbecue area with a sink and a small seating area with a round table and two chairs. Behind the house, an additional sheltered sun terrace with sun loungers provides a pleasant retreat, especially on windier days.
Private parking spaces directly beside the house are available for guests. Modern comforts include high-speed Starlink internet, WiFi, Smart TV and satellite TV.
Finca Malu is ideal for guests looking for peace, nature and authentic Canarian charm. Numerous hiking trails in Garafía start directly from the property and lead through one of the most unspoiled regions of La Palma.
