In the popular district of Las Tricias in Garafía, at about 625 m altitude, lies the stylish Casa Julia – a bright holiday home in an absolutely spectacular and private location right on the edge of the Barranco de Izcaqua. From the covered terrace and all living areas you enjoy a unique view of the gorge, the sea and the mountains, with vistas reaching as far as Mirador Matos and the weekly market in Puntagorda.
The peaceful location, surrounded by unspoilt nature, makes the house the ideal retreat for hikers, nature lovers and those seeking tranquillity. Hiking trails start directly from the house, leading to the dragon trees of Buracas, the historic mill and Museum of Gofio (MIGO), and through the untouched landscapes of La Palma. Within just 10 minutes you can also reach the popular farmers’ market in Puntagorda.
Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are close by in Las Tricias – perfect for combining seclusion with good infrastructure.
Casa Julia impresses with its bright interior featuring a white gabled roof, modern wooden elements and large panoramic windows. For a pleasant indoor climate, there is underfloor heating in the living, dining and kitchen areas, while the bedrooms feature elegant Canarian tea wood flooring for natural warmth.
In the main bedroom you will find a 160 cm double bed, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom with a 140 cm bed is ideal for a third or fourth guest.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area. The cosy living room with sofa, armchair and large window invites you to relax. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with views of the gorge.
In the outdoor area you will find a covered terrace with dining table, sun loungers, rocking chairs and sea views. An outdoor shower, parasol and the private parking space above the house complete the offer.
