Situated at around 481 metres above sea level in Tijarafe, the villa combines a pleasant year-round climate with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The approximately 130 m² house is set on a rural plot of around 1,900 m² and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
From the very first glance, the villa's distinctive design catches the eye. Clean lines, striking shapes and a tapered side wall give the building a unique character. An architecturally designed open space in the entrance area softens the solid structure and creates a modern, almost sculptural appearance. After sunset, the architecture is beautifully highlighted by atmospheric outdoor lighting.
The villa is divided into two separate sleeping areas, located to the left and right of the central living space. As a result, the property is ideal not only for families, but also for two couples or friends travelling together who value privacy. Each wing features its own bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
The heart of the villa is the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area in the centre of the house. The open layout creates an impressive feeling of space, further enhanced by the high ceilings and the solid construction. The entire western façade is largely made up of large sliding glass doors, allowing plenty of natural light to enter and ensuring that the Atlantic Ocean remains visible from almost every corner of the house.
In the living area, a large sofa invites you to relax and unwind. A modern television provides entertainment in the evening, unless you prefer to enjoy the sunset over the sea. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and also benefits from the bright and open design.
The modern open-plan kitchen with a cooking island is stylish and fully equipped. An oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and numerous additional appliances ensure comfortable self-catering, even during longer stays. The kitchen island provides additional workspace and serves as a central meeting point between the kitchen, dining area and living room.
In addition to the fully glazed western side, further windows in the dining area and bathrooms provide even more natural light. This makes the entire villa feel bright, spacious and welcoming. The combination of high ceilings, clean lines and high-quality materials creates a modern yet cosy atmosphere.
Directly in front of the house, there is a covered terrace with sea views, which extends the indoor living space harmoniously outdoors. In front of it, you will find the outdoor dining area, a spacious sun terrace with loungers and additional seating areas. Here, you can start the day in complete relaxation, enjoy meals together or admire the Atlantic Ocean with a glass of wine in the evening.
The villa's special highlight is the approximately 15-metre-long swimming pool, which stretches along almost the entire length of the house. Its unique shape offers plenty of room for swimming and relaxing. A high-quality thermal cover helps retain the water temperature for as long as possible. On request, the pool can be heated for an additional charge, ensuring comfortable swimming conditions even during the cooler months.
From the living area, the bedrooms, the terrace and the pool, you can enjoy direct views of the sea. Particularly impressive are the sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean, which can be admired perfectly from the western terrace and the pool area.
On the western right-hand side in front of the house, there is a water tank that is visible from certain angles and can also be seen in some exterior photographs. Due to its lower position, however, it only appears from specific viewpoints and does not affect either the outdoor area or the unobstructed sea views. We consider it important to mention this transparently so that you have a realistic impression of the surroundings before booking.
The property is planted with palm trees, cacti and various fruit trees. Depending on the season, the orange trees in particular may bear fresh fruit – a wonderful addition to a relaxed breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.
Villa Crow is located in a peaceful rural setting and can be reached via a small side road. Another holiday home is situated above and to the east of the property. However, thanks to the elevation, orientation and layout of the plots, there is no direct view into the pool and terrace area, allowing you to enjoy a high degree of privacy.
The centre of Tijarafe, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, can be reached within just a few minutes by car. Tazacorte and the beaches of the west coast are also only about twenty minutes away. Guests who prefer to stay at the villa will find ideal conditions for relaxing holidays thanks to the long pool, the spacious outdoor areas and the various seating options.
Free Wi-Fi and private parking spaces are, of course, available directly at the house.
