The spacious villa stretches over two floors and offers maximum comfort. The upper floor, at street level, features an open-plan 60 m² living area without interior walls. Thanks to the traditional Canarian wooden ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows facing west and north, the room is flooded with natural light. On the south side, the modern kitchen has a window at countertop height.
The living area invites you to relax with two comfortable sofas, a freestanding modern fireplace, an armchair, TV, and a bookshelf. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for longer stays, and the large dining table offers the perfect spot for shared meals with stunning sea views from three glass doors leading to the balcony.
A staircase leads to the lower floor with a guest WC with shower and a small hallway with a foldable bed. From here, you enter the spacious master bedroom with a double bed and desk. Separate doors lead to the walk-in wardrobe (also used as storage) and the private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and two washbasins.
Large glass doors from the bedroom, bathroom and hallway open directly onto the terrace with private pool. The pool is equipped with a retractable cover, maintaining a pleasant water temperature – pool heating is included.
Several terraces with seating areas offer sunny or shaded spots depending on the time of day. Under the main terrace, a separate wellness area features a private sauna, washing machine, dryer, another bathroom with shower and WC, and two additional beds.
