Overview
Villa Atlántico is an exceptionally spacious holiday villa located in Tijarafe on the sunny west coast of La Palma. Situated at around 829 m above sea level, it offers absolute peace, plenty of privacy and impressive panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the surrounding forests and the slopes of the protected natural area of the Caldera de Taburiente. The setting is natural, sunny and ideal for guests seeking space, comfort and relaxation.
The villa offers approximately 180 m² of living space and is designed for 2 to 8 guests. In addition, 1–3 toddlers (0–3 years) can be accommodated in extra baby cots. The architecture is open, light-filled and very generous in layout. The atmosphere is calm, high-quality and pleasantly spacious.
The heart of the house is the large living room with an impressive traditional Canarian wooden beam ceiling, large windows and terrace doors, as well as a rotating designer fireplace. This area is ideal at any time of year to enjoy the tranquillity and the views. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, which connects directly to the kitchen. A guest WC with washbasin is located just a few steps away in the hallway.
The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped, making it ideal even for longer self-catering stays. It features, among other things, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. A second refrigerator is also available on the garden level.
The northern sleeping wing is accessed via a bright, friendly hallway and comprises three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with large double beds (200 × 200 cm), high-quality German mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, spacious wardrobes and terrace doors leading to the surrounding terrace.
The master bedroom features a private bathroom with a generous walk-in shower accessible from two sides, double washbasins, WC and bidet. The other two bedrooms share a further large bathroom in the same high-quality style.
A fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa, close to the sauna area. From this level there is direct access to the pool level, making it particularly attractive for guests seeking extra privacy.
The private sauna is also located on the ground floor and includes a separate relaxation room and its own sanitary area with shower, WC and bidet. Use of the sauna is included in the price.
On the upper level of the villa there are several terraces with different seating and dining areas. Particularly noteworthy is the west-facing terrace with sun loungers and an adjustable pergola, ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets.
One level below is the solar-heated outdoor pool with a sliding cover, surrounded by nature, sun loungers and parasols.
The well-maintained subtropical garden of around 3,600 m² with walking paths, palm trees, Canary pines and year-round flowering plants creates a truly special atmosphere. In addition, the property includes 1 hectare of land and woodland.
The villa is supplied sustainably via a solar thermal system and a heat pump. Parking spaces directly in front of the villa are available.
