Set on a sunny hillside at around 570 m altitude, the beautiful Casa La Punta is a high-quality newly built property in one of Tijarafe’s most pleasant climate zones. The house is located at the beginning of La Punta, in a quiet yet convenient area: the bus stop, pizzeria, café, bakery and supermarket are all within walking distance. The surroundings offer sunshine, tranquility and unobstructed sea views.
The highlight of the property is the impressive 12 × 3 m private pool, located directly in front of the house and giving the impression of merging with the Atlantic. Thanks to solar energy, the pool is heated free of charge, although temperatures may vary due to weather conditions.
At the heart of the house is a bright, modern living and dining area with open kitchen. The traditional Canarian wooden ceiling creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The living area includes a large comfortable sofa, armchair, TV and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The wide sliding doors open onto a covered, wind-protected terrace with views of the pool and the sea.
The modern U-shaped kitchen is well equipped and ideal for longer stays. A wide sliding door connects the dining area perfectly to the terrace and pool area – always with sea views.
The house is divided into two separate sleeping wings:
The north wing features a bedroom with air conditioning, terrace access, Canarian ceiling and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
The south wing offers an especially spacious bedroom with a wide west-facing window front and air conditioning. Directly opposite is a large bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower, WC and WC-shower.
Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds measuring 180 cm x 200 cm (2 single mattresses).
Outside, next to the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and a parasol, as well as an additional relaxation area with two loungers under a stylish wooden pergola offering plenty of privacy and sea views.
The house is eco-friendly and operates autonomously on solar energy. WLAN, washing machine and private parking are also available.
