Located in a privileged climate zone at around 508 m altitude, the charming Casa Caracol awaits you – a lovingly designed holiday home on a generous 3,080 m² plot. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, palm trees and various fruit trees, the property offers a peaceful, sunny atmosphere – ideal for guests seeking nature, privacy and comfort.
The Canarian house impresses with 93 m² of living space, large windows, traditional elements such as the Canarian wooden beam ceiling and a thoughtful room layout. The atmosphere is bright, open and cosy at the same time.
Two comfortable bedrooms are available:
• The master bedroom features a 160×200 cm double bed, air conditioning (hot/cold), a door to the covered terrace and a view of the sea.
• The second bedroom features a 140×200 cm double bed, also with air conditioning (hot/cold) and direct access to the garden.
A spacious dining room with work desk and impressive glass front facing south and west creates bright, light-flooded rooms with a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding landscape.
The cosy living room with open kitchen is located beneath a generous, traditional Canarian wooden beam ceiling. Wood-burning stove, air conditioning (hot/cold), a comfortable sofa, TV and pouf create a perfect retreat for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is functionally equipped – including oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, classic and Italian coffee makers, small appliances and plenty of kitchen utensils. A separate room houses the large fridge-freezer.
The bathroom includes a spacious, walk-in, level-access shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine – offering plenty of comfort for everyday use.
The outdoor area is a real highlight: An oval saltwater infinity pool with sea and landscape views, tall palm trees, tropical flair, outdoor shower, sun loungers, seating and parasol create a relaxing holiday oasis.
In front of the house, a covered terrace with dining table invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. A cosy barbecue area complements the outdoor living. There is also a practical storage room accessible from outside.
A private parking space with turning area ensures easy arrival. A few steps lead comfortably to the house. A characteristic element is the spiral staircase that gives “Caracol” its name and leads up to the roof terrace – a spot with beautiful views and great atmosphere.
Many windows are equipped with fly screens, allowing pleasant ventilation.
Another highlight is the excellent orientation. Here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets all year round – in one of the most sought-after climate zones of El Jesús.
The last metres to the house lead along a well-maintained dirt track that continues along the edge of the property.
