The house features two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds. One of the bedrooms offers beautiful views towards the Barranco de las Angustias, Los Llanos and the Caldera. The second bedroom faces the garden, the pool and El Time. This gives both rooms their own individual character and views.
The dining room with its large dining table and TV is ideal for shared meals or relaxing evenings indoors. Directly next to it is the functional kitchen equipped with cooking plates, oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. From here, you have direct access to the garden area.
Another cozy living area with a sofa, armchairs and a table connects the two parts of the house and is also located in the main entrance area. This room is perfect for reading, relaxing or enjoying quiet moments in the shade.
The bathroom is functionally equipped and includes a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and mirror. All rooms feature windows or outside ventilation, creating a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house.
Outside, a well-maintained garden with many flowers and typical fruit trees such as mango, avocado and banana plants awaits you. Several seating and lounging areas invite you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the views. An oval pool provides refreshment on warm days, while additional sun loungers allow you to relax under the sun of La Palma.
