At around 570 m altitude above the village of La Punta de Tijarafe lies the charming Casa Alegría – a newly built, high-quality holiday home with stunning views of the sea, garden and mountains. It is located in the northern part of the Finca Las Prinsas estate, right next to Casa Afuera, with which it shares its sustainable character and carefully designed style.
The quiet location at the end of a small side street makes the house the ideal retreat for two people who value style, nature and privacy on La Palma. The surroundings invite you to go for walks, slow down and enjoy relaxed days outdoors.
In the open-plan living and dining area with modern kitchen and traditional Canarian wooden ceiling, brightness and clarity dominate. A large window opens onto the well-kept garden with lounge area and sun terrace. Comfortable armchairs, a Smart TV and dimmable lighting ensure comfort in a stylish atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped – with induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A high counter with bar stools elegantly separates the living and dining areas.
The bedroom features a 160×210 cm queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe and west-facing windows with natural ventilation. The Canarian wooden beam ceiling provides a pleasant indoor climate – all year round.
In the modern bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower, an illuminated mirror, a wall-mounted toilet and a stylish washbasin.
The outdoor area of Casa Alegría is a small green oasis: sun loungers, seating areas with sea view and, as a special highlight, a private Hot Tub in the garden – the wood-clad, heated tub invites you to relax under the open sky.
The future-oriented energy system supplies clean energy for the entire estate. Casa Alegría is fully energy neutral – an ideal retreat for guests with a sustainable lifestyle.
