At about 570 m above sea level above the village of La Punta de Tijarafe lies the stylish Casa Afuera – a newly built high-quality holiday home with stunning sea views, privacy and a green garden with a heated infinity pool (24–28 °C). Its quiet location at the end of a small side street makes it the ideal retreat for two people who value peace, style and nature on La Palma.
Upon entering Casa Afuera, the bright living and dining area opens with a modern open kitchen and a traditional Canarian wooden ceiling. A large south-facing window offers views of the lovingly landscaped garden and the pool behind with views of the Atlantic. Comfortable armchairs, a smart TV and dimmable lighting create a welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped – with induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer. A counter with bar stools invites you to cook and eat together.
The bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160×210 cm), west-facing window, wardrobe and Canarian wooden ceiling offers a pleasant indoor climate. Ventilation through the window ensures restful sleep all year round.
The spacious bathroom is modern in design, with a large walk-in shower, illuminated mirror, hairdryer and wall-hung toilet.
In front of the house there is a covered terrace with sea view with dining table and seating. Just a few steps away is the pool area with infinity pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and an additional seating area – a real highlight with views of the sea, garden and mountains.
The forward-looking energy system provides green energy for the entire finca – Casa Afuera is completely energy neutral. The garden has been lovingly designed and remains green even in midsummer – a dream for nature lovers.
A utility room with washing machine is also available. Fibre-optic WiFi is included.
Supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and bar are only a few minutes away on foot or by car. Directly to the north lies Casa Alegría, a sister house in the same style – without a pool, but with a hot tub in the garden.
