The modern outdoor area not only offers a spacious infinity pool with a real wood sun deck, but also lovingly arranged seating areas, terraces, a small lily pond behind the house, and a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with sunny and shaded areas. The solar-powered pool cover ensures pleasant water temperatures of up to approx. 24°C depending on the weather – completely energy-free. Additionally, a pool heating system is available for your comfort (for a fee), which heats the water to approx. 27°C.
Inside, you'll find a bright, spacious living room with large windows facing the pool and sea, a cozy sitting area with fireplace, air conditioning, and a traditional Canarian wooden ceiling for authentic flair. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday.
Two bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the house – separated by the kitchen and bathroom. The southern master bedroom offers a double bed, terrace access, and views of the greenery. The northern bedroom with two single beds is ideal for children. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Below the pool area is another bathroom with toilet and shower, easily accessible from the pool.
