The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a generous work surface – ideal even for longer stays. For coffee lovers, there is also a Nespresso capsule machine and a filter coffee maker.
A double bed, ample wardrobe space and two windows with good ventilation make the bedroom a comfortable retreat. The stylish bathroom features a spacious shower, toilet, sink and a skylight that fills the room with natural daylight.
A true architectural highlight is the rear wall of the bedroom and bathroom: the house backs directly onto an exposed rock face, into which two windows have been set – offering a unique view of solid volcanic stone that gives the home a very special atmosphere.
Outside, you’ll find a terrace with seating and a barbecue area. A private roof terrace with additional seating and sun loungers offers an even more beautiful panoramic sea view – perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a sundowner in the evening.
The communal pool is heated and pleasantly warm thanks to a high-quality thermal cover – even during the cooler months. Private parking spaces and Wi-Fi are available free of charge in most areas of the complex.
