In the separate bedroom with a double bed (1.6 × 2 m), double glazing ensures a comfortable indoor climate and restful nights. The stylish bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. An air conditioning unit with heating function in the living area provides year-round comfort.
A particular highlight is the newly designed terrace with lounge furniture and sea view, elegantly separated from the neighboring unit by an architectural wall – guaranteed privacy.
