In the popular district of Argual in Los Llanos de Aridane, Casa Paca – completed in July 2025 – is a stylishly renovated holiday apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey house, ideal for families or small groups of up to three people. The unit is fully private, modernly equipped, and features its own terrace with sun loungers in front of the house. A quiet long-term tenant lives on the upper floor, ensuring complete privacy for ground-floor guests.
The layout is practical and well thought out: The centrally located living room serves as the heart of the apartment. It offers a sofa, an armchair and a TV. From here, all other rooms are accessed.
Two bedrooms are available:
– The spacious master bedroom has two single beds placed close together, which can be combined if desired.
– Another bedroom has one single bed and a TV.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, and a large fridge with separate freezer compartment. A dining table provides space for shared meals.
Two bathrooms complete the offering:
– The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
– The second bathroom includes WC, washbasin, washing machine and dryer. It connects directly to the third bedroom – a practical feature for extra convenience.
Outside, a furnished terrace with outdoor sofa, two armchairs, table, two sun loungers and parasol invites you to relax. It is fenced off from the alley for peace and privacy.
The house is located in a quiet pedestrian side street. Parking is available just a few steps away on the main road – central yet quiet.
