Restaurants, cafés, boutiques, supermarkets and all services are just a few minutes' walk away, while the apartment’s location in a quiet residential building with elevator guarantees relaxed privacy.
The apartment is on the first floor (not ground floor) of a well-maintained building with few units. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the spacious living area with a large window facing the quiet street. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a TV – ideal for relaxing after an active day.
Next to it is the open dining area with a table for four, and the well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine – perfect for self-catering guests.
The spacious main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample storage in wardrobes, another TV and a window facing the inner courtyard. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a TV – ideal for children, friends or accompanying family members. A window facing the courtyard ensures pleasant ventilation.
