Located at around 28 m above sea level, in the popular Roque residential complex, you’ll enjoy mild weather, beach proximity, and a relaxed stay with balcony and partial sea view.
The apartment is situated on the first floor (top level) of a two-story building (no elevator, just a few steps) and is perfect for beach lovers, sunseekers, and those who want to stay near the promenade and restaurants – just 200 m or 4 minutes on foot to the beach.
The living and dining area faces south and is pleasantly bright. The integrated kitchen is functionally equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, and all essential utensils for self-catering. A bar counter with four stools serves as a practical dining solution. The living space includes a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV for relaxation.
From the living area, you can access the balcony with side sea view and mountain views – ideal for breakfast in the sun or evening drinks.
The apartment has two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed is spacious and cozy. The second bedroom features a pull-out bed – perfect for one person or a child, but also suitable for two guests if needed.
The bathroom is spacious, offering a bathtub with shower, WC, bidet, and sink.
The complex includes a communal pool, currently under renovation and not available until further notice. Still, Roque Horizonte is an excellent choice for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and proximity to the beach in Puerto Naos.
