As the apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building, the bedroom window faces the protected interior area of the apartment complex. It can be darkened when required, creating a pleasant and peaceful sleeping environment even in the morning. The windows and doors throughout the apartment have been modernised and replaced with high-quality double-glazed aluminium units.

The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. The generous shower area provides considerably more comfort than a conventional small shower enclosure.

There is an additional built-in cupboard in the hallway containing a washing machine. An ironing board, iron and drying rack are also available, making the apartment particularly practical for longer stays or after a day at the beach.

Thanks to this central yet pleasant location, many everyday needs can be taken care of entirely on foot. Free public parking is also available within walking distance. Taxi ranks and bus stops can be found nearby, making a holiday in Puerto Naos without a rental car entirely possible.
