This villa sits on the uppermost terrace of the complex – north of Villa Cerca Amarilla and above Villa Cerca Roja. Thanks to its elevated position, it offers the widest view over the volcanic landscape, the valley of El Paso, and the ocean – a true highlight for lovers of nature, peace, and panoramic views.
The spacious villa is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. The main bedroom is located in the northern wing and features two single beds, a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower, and direct access to the covered terrace.
The southern wing houses two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and sea view, and the other with two single beds and views toward the garden and parking area. This section also includes a second bathroom with shower.
At the heart of the house is a spacious living room with a cozy sofa, two armchairs, TV, fireplace, and a large dining table. The open kitchen is separated by a bar counter with stools – perfect for a quick breakfast or relaxed evening. Amenities include a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine.
A true highlight is the large, covered terrace at the front – the largest in the entire complex. It’s ideal for al fresco dining, relaxing, or enjoying the breathtaking views of sea, volcano, and mountains. A barbecue area is located behind the house. Private parking is available next to the villa.
