To the north, Villa Cerca Verde is separated by a partition with a garden, ensuring privacy and avoiding direct proximity between the villas.
The Villa Cerca Amarilla is divided into two wings: The southern wing features two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a shared bathroom with shower and WC. In the center, the spacious living room with fireplace, TV, and two sofas invites you to relax. The northern wing includes the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, integrated shower, and bidet. Adjacent is the large kitchen with dining table, fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
The sun terrace in front of the house is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. The communal swimming pool is located on the lower terrace between Villa Cerca Azul and Villa Cerca Roja, just a few steps away on foot.
