On the right is the main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, followed by a second bathroom with walk-in shower. Next is another bedroom with two single beds. At the far end is the bright living room with open kitchen and large sliding doors leading to the pool area.
The outdoor highlight is the approx. 7 × 4 m pool with magnificent views of the Los Llanos valley, the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding landscape. The house's orientation offers an unobstructed panoramic view – green mountain slopes to the sides, a wide-open view to the front. A particularly atmospheric touch: the sunset over the ocean visible right from the pool or dining table.
A covered terrace with dining table and adjacent charcoal barbecue invites you to enjoy outdoor living – protected yet open to nature. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
