Bar Marmota is located on the Avenida in the Villa de Tazacorte, in an elevated position that offers a spacious terrace with open views over the Atlantic Ocean. As there are only banana plantations and the Hotel Hacienda Abajo below, the view towards the sea remains unobstructed, creating particularly beautiful sunsets. Thanks to the mild and sunny climate of Tazacorte, it is possible to sit outside here for most of the year.

The bar is known for its wide cocktail selection, including classics such as Mojitos and Cuba Libre, various gin-based drinks, as well as wine and beer. A good range of non-alcoholic drinks is also available. Tapas and small dishes are served alongside the drinks, making it a pleasant place for a relaxed stop in the afternoon or evening.

The atmosphere is colourful, lively and open, with a creative style that is partly inspired by Pride culture. Regular events and live music evenings add to the vibrant yet relaxed feel. In addition to the terrace, there is also an indoor seating area, which provides a comfortable alternative in cooler weather or for guests who prefer to sit inside.

Parking is available along the Avenida, and if no space is free there, additional parking can be found just a short walk away in the direction of the harbour of Tazacorte. Bar Marmota is therefore a great place for cocktails, tapas and unforgettable sunsets with sea views.
