During this celebration, the municipality transforms into a visual spectacle, with fields covered by a white and pink blanket.
The festival includes a variety of activities, from concerts and workshops to gastronomic contests and wine tastings. Notable events include the Viñathlon Vino a Jarro Race, where participants combine sports and tasting in an impressive natural setting. Additionally, there are craft exhibitions showcasing the richness of the local heritage.

Farmer’s Market
A must-visit meeting point is the Puntagorda Farmer’s Market, which opened its doors in August 2002 with the aim of promoting local commerce. Located in El Fayal, the market takes place on Saturdays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering products directly "from producer to consumer." Here, visitors can find fresh fruits and vegetables, artisanal cheeses, local wines, honeys, organic products, and local crafts that reflect the area’s traditions.

Local Gastronomy
The gastronomy in Puntagorda reflects its rich agricultural heritage. Typical dishes include fresh, local ingredients known for their quality. Some of the delights visitors can enjoy include papas arrugadas with mojo, gofio escaldado, and various meat dishes such as rabbit in salmorejo.
Additionally, traditional pastries are a real treat for sweet lovers. Bienmesabe, a dessert made with almonds and honey, and mantecados, traditional cookies that melt in your mouth, are just a few of the local delicacies to savor.

Rural Tradition and Livestock
Agriculture and livestock are the heart of Puntagorda. Historically, the inhabitants have produced cereals and legumes to make gofio, complemented by potatoes and cheese. Goat farming, in addition to providing milk and cheese, helps keep the mountains clean, preserving the local ecosystem.
