Modern & functional kitchen
The open kitchen is bright, practical and fully equipped – ideal for self-catering guests who enjoy cooking with local products. It features a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and generous worktop space. A separate utility room with washing machine adds extra comfort for longer stays. Three bedrooms – ideal for families
We were particularly impressed that the villa has three separate bedrooms – something rare on La Palma. This makes Villa Laina perfect for families of up to five guests or small groups. One room features a double bed, TV and air conditioning, while another has a single bed and desk – ideal for children or remote work.

Infinity pool & sustainable energy
The infinity pool with ocean view is the centrepiece of the outdoor area – surrounded by sun loungers, a lounge terrace and barbecue. The generous solar power system with battery storage supplies the entire house with clean energy, making it an eco-friendly villa. Thanks to solar heating, the pool remains pleasantly warm – the perfect place to relax, swim and enjoy the view.

Peace, climate & location in La Punta
La Punta is one of the most pleasant climate zones on La Palma – mild, sunny and comfortable all year round. The location of Villa Laina combines privacy and tranquillity with excellent accessibility: within minutes you can reach Tijarafe or Tazacorte, where you’ll find shops, restaurants and beaches. For us, this is another major advantage – central, sunny and quiet at the same time. Our impressions of Villa Laina
For us, Villa Laina was a true discovery on La Palma. We especially liked that the house has three fully equipped bedrooms – something quite uncommon on the island. Most modern villas accommodate four people, but here five guests can stay comfortably without compromising on space or comfort. We were also impressed by the large solar energy system with storage, which powers the entire property sustainably. It perfectly reflects the eco-friendly spirit of La Palma and shows that modern comfort and environmental awareness can go hand in hand.
And of course, La Punta itself. The climate is pleasantly mild all year, with sunshine until late afternoon and quick access to Tijarafe or Tazacorte. For us, it’s one of the great highlights of this accommodation.
