Bodega Linda – A Unique Retreat in Puntagorda

As we set off from Tijarafe towards Puntagorda, we were initially greeted by a thick cloud cover at the village entrance. For a moment, we thought we might have to cancel our planned photo session. But as we continued up the idyllic mountain road, we broke through the clouds – and suddenly, La Palma lay before us in brilliant sunshine. Surrounded by vineyards, our route led us to a dreamlike, quiet area above the village.

A place between sky, forest and wine

Arriving at Bodega Linda, nestled between vineyards and pine forest, was a true experience. From the outside, the holiday home appears rather modest – but after a warm welcome from the owners, it revealed itself as a truly special place: bright, open, stylish and full of character. We were especially impressed by the living room with its large three-panel panoramic sliding door. It opens up to a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest and the heated relaxation pool, perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. The thick, old stone walls of the house create a feeling of comfort and protection – even on warm summer days.

Living with comfort and character

The kitchen is well equipped – with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features underfloor heating for extra coziness, and the bedroom offers a pleasant amount of space to relax and unwind. A very special highlight is the available telescope, which invites guests to admire the stunning night sky over La Palma – free from light pollution and so clear it feels like you could touch the stars.

Animals, nature and a glass of rosé

After the tour, we were introduced to the resident cats: they roam the grounds, enjoy being petted, and are always happy about a little attention. A pure nature-based holiday experience on La Palma. The heated relaxation pool offers a fantastic view – a perfect combination of peace and nature. It was a real pleasure for us to photograph this special holiday home and create the virtual tour. Everything feels harmonious, lovingly designed and full of atmosphere.

The cherry on top? The homemade wine.

The owners produce their own wine – and of course we couldn’t resist trying a glass after finishing our shoot. The rosé was excellent. Something to look forward to!
