Casa Teresa stands out from the modern new buildings in the complex with its traditional Canarian style: thick natural stone walls, Canarian wooden ceilings in the bedroom and living area, and a rustic atmosphere that creates a particularly cozy ambiance.
The spacious bedroom in the southern part of the house features a double bed and adjoins a large bathroom with walk-in shower. A small hallway leads into the living and dining area, which includes a sofa, dining table, TV, and the kitchen – rustic in appearance but modern in equipment: dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and all essential utensils for self-catering.
Through the eastern door in the living room, you reach the interior grounds and communal area. Another door facing west offers views of the greenery behind the house – perfect for enjoying the evening sun and privacy. To the north of the house, you’ll find an outdoor barbecue and a separate outdoor WC.
All guests can use the year-round heated communal pool with sun loungers, powered by solar energy and free of charge. A shared barbecue area between Casa Antonio and Casa David invites to relaxed evenings outdoors. The property is fenced and video-monitored, with private parking spaces and direct access to hiking trails.
