The villa features three bedrooms: Two rooms are equipped with two single beds each and air conditioning, one of them also includes a desk – ideal for a small work corner. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, also air-conditioned, a private bathroom with a massage shower and Jacuzzi, as well as direct access to the terrace and pool.
The living and dining area forms the heart of the house. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and all necessary utensils. Large windows flood the room with light, and a dining area invites shared meals. The living room is furnished with a large, cozy sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings. A second bathroom is also available, equipped with two sinks and a spacious shower cubicle with two showers.
Outside, you will find an infinity pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, as well as a spacious terrace with sunbeds, a dining table, and seating areas. A covered outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill invites social evenings, and a billiard table provides extra entertainment. A highlight of the villa is the rooftop terrace, which offers seating and a unique view of the sea and surrounding nature – especially enjoyable at sunset.
Private parking directly in front of the house completes the offer. Villa Mica combines comfort, privacy, and a dreamy location into the perfect holiday home.
