Villa Maraja is an impressive newly built villa in Tijarafe, La Palma, located at an altitude of 732 meters. Equipped with an eco-friendly energy system, it offers a unique view of the mountain landscape and the Atlantic, as it is south-facing.

The villa has been designed with large panoramic windows so you can enjoy the spectacular views from the bedrooms, living-dining room, and kitchen. It features two bedrooms, located in separate wings of the house. Both are furnished with double beds and have large windows with direct access to the terrace and landscape. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The right bedroom additionally has a west-facing window, offering a unique sea view.

At the heart of the villa is the living area, equipped with a sofa, TV, and fireplace. The adjacent dining area with a large table invites guests to enjoy shared meals. The modern kitchen with a counter is fully equipped and stands out with stylish lighting. Next to it, the utility room with a washing machine and dryer provides additional convenience. The Canarian wooden ceilings in the living and sleeping areas create a warm atmosphere.

The outdoor area features a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and oven, as well as a small outdoor WC. The 8x3 meter pool has massage jets and a counter-current system and can be heated for an additional charge. A separate seating area with a foosball table offers social entertainment, while all seating areas can be shaded with a pergola.

For sun lovers, there are sun loungers, and at the edge of the property, a small table with two chairs offers a breathtaking view. The villa also includes private parking and a pétanque court.
