Welcome to the stylishly renovated Casa Mesigresi – your personal retreat in the heart of nature in Puntagorda on the beautiful island of La Palma. Situated at an altitude of around 588 m, this former carpentry workshop has been lovingly transformed into a modern holiday home with great attention to detail and a refined sense of design – perfect for a peaceful holiday on La Palma surrounded by nature, sea views and a heated pool.
The main house offers approximately 50 m² of living space with an open living and dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. West-facing windows and high-quality appliances including dishwasher, microwave, Miele coffee machine, filter coffee maker, French press and drinking water filter are among the highlights. A large dining table with four comfortable chairs is located right by the exit to the terrace and the solar-heated pool.
The cosy living room features an L-shaped sofa bed, TV, books, a record player with vinyls and a beautiful white vaulted wooden ceiling – a perfect mix of style and comfort. The air conditioning ensures an ideal indoor climate all year round and also cools or heats the bedroom thanks to the open partition wall.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and has direct access to the bathroom, which impresses with underfloor heating, a heated shower wall, window and high-end fixtures.
In the adjacent, separately accessible annex, there is a second bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, seating area, WC, washbasin and air conditioning. Underfloor heating and windows also ensure maximum comfort here.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a solar-heated pool (approx. 20 °C, optionally 25 °C with electric boost at extra cost), outdoor shower, comfortable seating areas, sun loungers, dining table made of solid oak, a Hollywood swing and a second sun-filled garden area. With a private, secluded location, wallbox, covered bike storage and private parking, every comfort is catered for.
Hiking trails start right at the house, the sea is only 7 km away and the village centre of Puntagorda with its farmers’ market, organic shops and restaurants is just 2 km down the road.
