At about 28 m above sea level and just 4 minutes' walk from the beach, you’ll enjoy a sunny orientation, side sea view, mountain view and a quiet setting – perfect for couples, solo travelers or long-term guests.
The apartment is on the first (top) floor of a two-story building with no elevator, but just a few easy stairs. The spacious balcony comes with a table and chairs – ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing afternoons with views of the Atlantic and La Palma’s mountains.
The living room is pleasantly furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV. The dining area offers a table for four. The integrated kitchen is practically equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and essential cooking utensils – but no oven.
The bedroom features two joined single beds that serve as a large double – comfortable and spacious. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
The complex offers a communal pool, which is currently under renovation and not available until further notice. Public parking is available nearby.
